Along with our ongoing training Omega also offer the opportunity for our operatives to learn and develop new skills within the industry. Specialist approved training courses are run at various times of the year and are made available to all our staff and contractors. The following are just some examples of the kind of courses we run.
B.I.C.Sc COPC and FPCC (British Institute Certificate on completion)
Along with the above and through our association with “Triangle” we are now actively encouraging our staff to train to NVQ standard offering different levels to suit each individual’s experience. This is promoted at both cleaner and management levels.
